QDirect.SCAN delivers hardcopy Scan to Printshop functionality, with ticketing directly at the copier, driving volume to more efficient production printers.
Jobs are ticketed using a user-friendly Graphical User Interface, on supported Multi-Function Printers. Users select ticketing choices including paper stock options that might not be available locally, but are available in the print center. The job is sent electronically, with the ticket info, so there is no rekeying by an operator. Users receive a confirmation page directly at the MFP. Jobs can be automatically produced or held and released by location or other job characteristics.
When integrated with RSA’s WebCRD, scanned jobs can be archived for electronic reprint.
Solutions run on the Sun platform, like most production printers for reliable, scalable performance, and are sold by leaders in the printing industry.
